SDRCrew's ADS-B: the air traffic above your home

✈️ The ADS-B tab decodes in real time the Mode S messages that every airliner transmits on 1090 MHz - position, altitude, speed, heading - and puts them on a map you follow live, with flight trails if you want to see them.

It does not stop at raw numbers: select an aircraft from the table or the map and SDRCrew goes online to find out who it really is - airline, model, registration, category, route, and even some photos of the specific aircraft, with direct links to airport-data.com, airliners.net, airframes.org and planespotters.net to learn more. From a 24-bit ICAO to "this is an A320 of [airline] that left from..." in one click.

At the top you always find the numbers that matter: how many aircraft tracked, how many with a known position, messages per second, maximum range reached - useful to understand whether the antenna is doing its job. And if you already have Virtual Radar Server or another mapping program, SDRCrew also exposes an SBS-1 feed so the data arrives there in parallel, without a second dongle.

SDRCrew stays free and open - if it is useful to you and you want to buy me a coffee, you will find the link here on Ko-fi. 73 de IU2PYG.
