SDRCrew 1.4.1/1.4.2: log upload fixed, bigger clocks, new update pill

Two small SDRCrew updates, released a few hours after 1.4.0.

SDRCREW 1.4.1: LOG UPLOAD FIXED

The "Report a problem" button could not send longer logs: Google rejects messages over 32,000 characters and the app immediately fell back to email, as if there were no internet. Now the log is shortened before sending, there is a second, shorter attempt if Google rejects it and, if sending still fails, the message explains the real reason.

SDRCREW 1.4.2: CLOCKS AND UPDATES

- Clocks: local time in amber and UTC in light blue, with much larger digits that are readable even from a distance

- Update available: the notice at the top is now a green pill that pulses gently and shows the version to download (before it was a big blue ellipse with the text out of place)

If you already have SDRCrew you will find them in the app's automatic update. If you are starting from scratch: https://codeberg.org/IU2PYG/sdrcrew-releases
